Ye of little faith. This made the front page of reddit. And it has been on a few major newspapers mi amigo. Not singling you out... but what is with all the doom and gloom with so many people...? Life is not that bad.

While I've certainly been guilty of doom and gloom before, I don't really see what you mean here.  I was cynical and pessimistic that the story would make the front page of Reddit since it's - hopefully we can all agree - generally left-leaning and much of its user base that controls the headlines are against "traditional morality".  That's a generalization; I realize that not everyone on Reddit is that way, that even those who are can be very balanced in their thoughts and approach, and that doesn't mean Reddit is not a good source of content.  Still, I am very pleasantly surprised that it made the front page and stand corrected and humbled.

But yes..Life is great and beautiful.  I am extremely happy with my life and more hopeful now in many ways than ever before.  Pax vobiscum.
